Las Vegas has Third Worst Tap Water Quality in U.S.

A new study just out this weekend shows how unsafe our Las Vegas tap water can be. 

The Environmental Working Group released the results of a three year investigation of city water supplies across the U.S., looking at how contaminated some water supplies are. 

Some 49 million Americans in 45 states were found to be drinking contaminated water, to varying degrees.

Las Vegas came in third place for worst water quality. 

Worst water quality:

1. Pensacola, FL
2. Riverside, CA
3. Las vegas, NV

Best water quality:

1. Arlington, TX
2. Providence, RI
3. Fort Worth, TX
