Candy Spelling attended the luxury jewelry Couture trade show on May 28 – June 2 at Wynn Las Vegas, apparently loving every sparkling moment of it. Spelling, whose jewelry collection occupies two rooms in her 70,000-square-foot home, enjoys attending Couture annually, where more than 200 global jewelry designers and retailers meet in Las Vegas.
“I really do love jewelry,” says one of the most famous wives and notorious mothers of Hollywood.
Spelling, who enrolled in a gemology course with the Gemology Institute of America (GIA) years ago, has recently released her new book, “Stories from Candyland,” and it has several Las Vegas shout outs. Las Vegas is where she struck a $100,000 jackpot (the lucky keep getting luckier) and where she’s been making cameos at Couture for the past 18 years to remedy what she calls her jewelry “illness.”
